What’s with the layout redesign?

Katbox has done a sitewide redesign, doing one comic at a time. Our old system was a bit of a Frankenstein, so we rebuilt a lighter, more streamlined version from the ground up, with an eye toward having it look better on mobile devices. Our web wizards let me wait until the chapter break to do my overhaul. Hope it looks good on your screen! ^__^

Every time I go to type “Looks great!” I can’t seem Shie’s imminent butt-shot out of my face…

Like, you just laid her down, right there, and expected me not to look at her butt.

Is that a complaint? o_O

Look better on mobile, at the cost of looking lousy on a desktop.

Seriously, who though using half the width on empty sidebars was a good idea?

It can grow wider, but no one has a wider comic to push it out.

I’m not sure what to tell you, I have no way to replicate this, and have tried it on multiple computers, some of which aren’t even my own. I know it’s not the site’s end, so I can only conclude it’s something on yours unless you give me something to go by hun.

So that’s how it all works behind the scenes. Interesting to note that a certain dragon isn’t dead, just stepped off to direct the ‘show’.

wow, this is…err…hmmmm…. I don’t know what to say. I’m surprised … I’m think

Surprised is good. Reactions of all kinds are better than indifference. ^__^

hey Razor, this comic and the most recent update for “Our World” gave me an idea (Would do it if I had permission, creativity, and the ability to draw well), why not have the artists on Katbox do a sort of collaborative webcomic with all the characters from each comic interacting with each other off-set… it’s a little hard to put into words but do you get what I’m saying?

Yay! She’s not dead… hmmm I wonder if she’s single(you all know the earth dragon I’m referring too).lol

I always wondered if fried tiger taste like chicken. So, fire dragons, i want Kess’ corpse extra crispy.
And ooohhh Gaia, i missed you so much 🙂

I’m not sure if Tigers would be considered red meat or white meat, but with the proper seasoning and preparation, just about anything can taste good. Teriyaki sauce can work that magic, too. ^__^

seeing the “behind the screens” of this comic is really interesting now that I think about it, You could practically create a whole new side reality with all the Frame narrative that you got going on here and in you usual holiday stuff too.

I remember you mentioned that he saw his characters as part of a play. Right Razorfox? I don’t even mind the extended cliffhanger. I love the new banner, and how you incorporated the generic guys from Caribbean Blue.

Honestly though, a green screen could never re-create what you do Razorfox! 😀

No actresses were hurt in the making of this comic. I can’t say the same for the extras. XD

They do their own stunts. I was tempted to do a “Spaceballs”-style stunt double gag in panel 2, but decided against it. They get danger pay. ^__^

hey RazorFox, Gravedigger wants you to know you have tied for the top spot on the list^_^

There’s a list? What is this list of which thou speaketh? o_O

ROFLMAO! 😀

So, in total, how many take it took for this part? Fire can be so random sometime.

This may seem out of the blue, but are we going to see male tigers and dragons? If there already was some, I might have missed them.
