The Queen? Unless I’m mistaken you haven’t introduced her yet have you? If yes then the follow up question is where has she been?
Well, up until a moment ago, multiple sources said she was dead!
Queen Shiraz certainly has a face that screams slasher movie villain.
Having all those dragon body parts really sells it.
We have seen a few flashbacks of her adorned in blood, so you might not be too far off!
Young Mabel was so tall!!
Though time hasn’t been kind to her, Mabel’s always been an absolute unit.
I feel bad for these tigers, I’m sure “time travel” isn’t even part of their lexicon, they’ve gotta be so utterly confused…
Especially considering what we know about Queen Shiraz’s fate! Mabel got a nice glow-up, though! ^__^
Scyde looks… happier, as a bodyguard. Simpler times perhaps, with less trauma under her metaphorical belt. A far cry from the brutal, stubborn tiger that would have otherwise thrown away a battalion’s worth of lives for pride.
… Makes me wonder if that particular ‘big cat’ is the type who’d internally rather someone else be in charge, the kind who’s best as a follower instead of herself being a leader.
That’s a really insightful way to look at Scyde’s situation. Even drawing this, I realized how long it’s been since I depicted her in a good mood!

When the Past Comes Alive.
The Tiger Two Row troop stands stares surprised at the strangers in their domain. Kiriad has already comprehended the consequences of this while Tshila questions the queen about the occurrence of the odd event. Attention turns Tshila around to see her two little tykes have been taken from the throne by a fearfully familiar face. Scyde has swept the couple of cubs from their seating and presented to the parent. But wasn’t Scyde…. somewhere…?
Aside that… Scyde deigns Kiriad to step beside the Dias to set up for something. Once she does…..
Scyde says it aloud…. Queen Shiraz has returned!!!!
Now it’s a conflict of two unquestionable queens whose court doubles down on demonstration. What can the past learn from the present. Or is it a clear and present danger to all in this hallowed hall?
