Chiming in from Rockport, Texas, U.S.A, one of the most boring places in the world in my opinion. ANYWAYS, awesome page, as always Danny, and I do believe that Kess is starting to realize that Kilani only had good intentions.

Yeah, but we all know what they say about good intentions, yes?  But seriously, I really don’t think Kilani was thinking very long-term.  Once Chuki started hitting her teens, things would have gotten verrry awkward.  Also, even if undetected, the pair would’ve had  hard time (putting it lightly) once they left their hidden valley.  At a certain point it would cease to be a sanctuary, and become a prison…

This may just be me, and I’m fairly certain it is just me, but the cavern that Kess is in reminds me of, oddly enough, Deltora Quest, specifically The Maze of the Beast. Very odd… Chiming in from beautiful Sydney, Australia.

I imagine it stinks so bad because dragons have a cloaca instead of two separate channels. Or rather that would be the obvious conclusion.
In other words… their waste-products come out the same passage in one combined, glorious mess.

(Conclusion drawn from other aspects of their anatomy thus far seen.)
