Howdy, fellow Draconiacs!  RazorFox here.

The chase is on!  Will Ennek find Kess and the rest of the crew in time, or will Saph score a second Tiger pelt?  Stay tuned…

Next page is going to be delayed a bit, as by the time you read this, I’ll be on a weeklong vacation odyssey which will take me to places such as Washington, Cleveland, and Chicago.  As I’ll be away from my home studio, I won’t be able to work on the next page until I get back.  I will, however, use the time to write ahead so I can hit the ground running when I return.

For our American readers, have a great Independence Day weekend, and to the rest of the world, have a great weekend all around!

Take care, my fellow Draconiacs, and thanks for reading!

=RazorFox.

*sighs and facepalms* I went from hoping that this ditz might be able to get along with her for the sake of possible peace to rather hoping that she meets just as viciously shocking an end as the tiger she just mashed. Earnestly, she’s gone from innocent to maliciously stupid bloodthirst, so anything that comes her way at this point is just earned comeuppance.

…plus she’s swinging stone fists around like some kind of dungeon mini-boss. That’s just asking for it.

Bloodlust will do that to you.

Bloodlust, battle high, adrenaline, and an obsession with a brute like Lady Red, without the training to temper any of it, at least. Not that I’d want them to necessarily be officially adopted into the military, but at least the Earth Dragons would be a little more prepared for the storm they’re being dragged into, mentally. More importantly, this is every reason why an impressionable young individual like her should be kept far away from people like Lady Red and her forces! It’s bad enough to have an otherwise innocent person get duped into believing this stuff is cool, but downright dangerous when that person is given a taste of the kill thrill without the reality check of the education!

Oh no, the Cinnamon roll is attacking the other Cinnamon roll. What to do?… Board the future possibility train and hope we can all come out of this better people or at least alive dragons and tigers?

Though Seph is adorable in these pages, I vote for Ennek to survive. My tiger/dragon shipfic won’t write it’s self and your not helping the situation by trying to kill the few peaceful characters!

But seriously hurry Ennek, I think your number may be coming up and Seph, stop being adorable when trying to kill things.

I hate to say it, but Saph makes a pretty good novice warrior. As for Ennek, REALLY hoping one of my fav tigers won’t meet a quick end once she runs into the other dragons. If they try, I have a feeling Eone might beg for her life. Or at least fight for it. Cinder would be angry from just discovering that Khigan’s dead, but she bothers to keep a level head so there’s more room for interrogation and possibly Ennek’s total cooperation. So long as she can be safe from psycho-Saph 😀

Three things can happen in my point of view:

1-Saph catch Ennek and end her life.
2- Ennek find her crew and they ambush Saph.
3- Ennek find the other dragons and by the sight, they will see how Saph is going berserk and put her some sort of under arrest for not following orders (unless Saph start lying, now the event will change).

I must say, tigers are quite agile for sure. Nice dodging.

okay, i hate to say it, but that dragon just needs to be either knocked out or put down. i just hope ennek survives.

Nah, she just needs to have hot lesbian sex with Lady Red… seeing as how her need for that seems to be her motive for being so damn crazy.

perv. very funny. but i think she’s just gonna be locked up or put down.

oh boy, when the rest of the dragons finally figure out what Saph been up to she’s gona be in so much hot water. reds probably gona jump out of the rest of her skin for all the orders she’s disobeyed and i dont think Eone or Meta or gona be thrilled when they figure out their friend is practically a psycho murderer. only counts as hunting if ya actually use the prey for something.

Okay. I know war is by its definition stupid. And a eons old blood feud is cultural insanity.

But . . . this is stupid. I mean that from an in story perspective, not you as a writer or person.

If these tigers and dragons are going to keep the cycle of ‘you killed someone I love, I kill someone you love, and repeat’ going forever . . .

Seriously, enough. Is it too much for a tiger and dragon who make the conscious choice, even if they don’t LIKE each other, much less stop hating each other, but chose to simply not kill each other anymore?

I’m a bit upset, like a lot…. honestly for this scaley twat to shift from singing songs with the tiger that never attacked her to sudden;y wanting to kill her too?! What the hell, it needs a rewrite. The shift seems like a bad fanfic or roleplay that someone else is doing and it doesn’t seem to make any sense whatsoever. I’m very disappointed… if the mentality and the authors reasoning was explained then maybe it would be more bearable, but I’m calling bullshit.

since when does someone need logic or even two brain cells talking to each other to wage war?

Saph just killed a tiger in self-defense. She enjoyed the extreme boost of joy that killing gave her. She is now riding an endophrene high that short-circuits the brain to a pure survival mode. She has killed one ‘enemy’ (who certainly would have killed her) and is now focused on another she has been taught her entire life will kill her if given any chance.

Of course she will try to kill that enemy. I’m more surprised she wants a reason or excuse to do so.

You know, I really really enjoy the whole suspense feeling that this comic has to it. Usually in a comic (or other media like a movie or a book, etc.), when the main character is in mortal peril, the audience knows that they can’t actually die since they’re the main character and the story would be over. But in this comic, main characters have been killed off before. Even characters that the reader had started to grow with emotionally (as in Ashaki and Gaia’s case near the beginning), so anymore it’s more like a ‘whose next’ kind of thing.

I now crown Razorfox as the new king of suspense! *Bows*

Hokay, Saph’s gone officially psycho. I can’t imagine her getting her jollies with Lady Red’s motivating her at this point; she just wants to kill tigers for the thrill of it. When someone gets like this, they lose all sense of self preservation and charge blindly into trouble. Trouble in the form of some pissed off lady tigers for instance?
