Not surprised that Scyde is enjoying this, Riah enjoying this is very disturbing and deeply unsettling.
Looks like Her Supreme Majesty Queen Shiraz had a couple of die-hard fans.
There are only two not looking away. Even Mabel doesnt want to see this. Riah we already knew, but Scyde… Scyde is practically GLOWING. Seriously, everyone else’s colors are muted or splotched, but she’s the clearest of them all to the point that her bright white eyes stand out. It’s pretty clear she is just purely happy to see Shiraz happy – but it really looks like Shiraz is her whole world, and we’ve seen how crushed it leaves her when the queen is gone.
As for the dragon – a part of me had wondered if this is where the past would start to change, but we’ve seen her tail and wings hanging up in the ‘future’ – I guess this part has to play out. It really drives the brutality home though…
It doesn’t help Scyde’s demeanor that Princess Kiriad, in Scyde’s eyes, continually and deliberately fails to follow in her mother’s footsteps.

Who, the Dragon? The tail’s been taken care of. Maybe Field Marshal Mabel can rustle up another one if you want another tail to be cut off.

That, that is disturbing, not surprise the fanatic (Riah) and the templar (Scyde) look, but that is gorish! No wonder the dragons use such brutal methods in the original timeline. Shiraz was the butcher!
Brutality only begets MORE brutality and something tells me this timeline, it will only get WORST.
Also that dragon is going to die from bloodloss if somebody doesn’t stop the flow!
Well, prior to this strange time jump, Scyde did mention that “even the Dragons knew not to fuck with [Her Supreme Majesty Queen Shiraz.]”
When you’re that cruel and malicious, the who started what seems less important to how will it eventually end?
It might not solve the situation but making Her Supreme Majesty Queen Shiraz into a pelt might be a step in the right direction.
This bloody business makes me wonder – if I had the time to delve through the archives around where Kilani met Queen Oscura, would I see ‘future’ Queen Shiraz’s bloody white pelt somewhere up on the wall there? We know at some point she was lost, and it would feel like Karma – or at least the perpetuation of this war from both sides – would expect her to get a similar treatment to her own captives.
Mmmmmmaybe back in the comic’s black-and-white era? ~__^
I think queen shiriaz and queen oscura should go to arkham alylam island prison and be in a chair circle to express there feeling with one another
That could get heated, but at this specific moment, the queen is Spectra. We’d have to find out what her opinion on this matter might be.
It’s a good thing Tshila got the kids out before Shiraz went medieval. That was disturbing. And the reactions of Scyde and Riah, not really surprising when you consider how they feel about Kiriad in the present time.

Would’ve been awesome if Kilani rushed up to hold her as she passes, to at least give her some sense of comfort.
Getting in the way of someone wielding a bloody sickle is probably not the smartest of moves, though.
